Since the law defines the intellectual disabilities as the complete disability, the Hatemalo Kendra is helping to provide the disability IDs for the children in consultation with the concerned governmental bodies and the report form the physician. The children who are now under the care of Hatemalo Kendra have already received the disability IDs as of the reason they are receiving government financial benefit although it's limited.
